Refund policy

Ordering: When placing your order, please ensure all details are correct. payment, delivery address name etc. Should the wrong details be entered, for example address; we take no responsibility for missing orders. We are happy to work with you to try and locate your order if possible. Otherwise we will offer a discount on a reorder of products. Should your order be returned to us due to wrong address, shipping will need to be paid for before we can post your order to the correct address

Change of Mind:
If you have a change of mind after you receive your order we are happy to offer a refund for the product/s but there will be a cancellation fee, see below. All postage costs to return the product/s will be at your expense. Postage costs for your original order will not be refunded. We suggest that you use registered post as this provides tracking. We will not be liable for any parcels that are damaged due to lack of packaging or go missing in the post. Products must not have not been used, worn, washed, opened, damaged or had any tags removed. They must be in the same condition that you received them in. 

Cancellation Fee: 
Please note if you choose to cancel your order or return your order due to change of mind, for what ever reason, Jac's Accessories reserves the right to charge a restocking fee of 15% of the total invoice.

Order Cancellations: Should you wish to cancel your order, this must be done within 12hrs of placing the order to receive a refund. Cancelled orders will incur a 15% restocking fee. 

Returning Goods: Returns will only be accepted should the goods be faulty or damaged upon delivery. Goods will only be refunded once goods have been received within 30 days of original purchase date.

Return of Incorrect Goods Ordered:  if you have ordered an item incorrectly and wish to return it, the customer (you) is responsible for the postage costs. Once the returned item is received, your order will be refunded minus postage costs and fees incurred by the product sale equating to 15% of the product cost. 

Shipping:  Locally stocked products are packaged and shipped out with in 48hrs of purchase, Otherwise next business day at 9am. Only products located at our Victorian Headquarters in Ballarat are eligible for Express Shipping.

Lost Packages
If you have a package that was marked as delivered but you have not yet received it, we ask you take the following steps:
Check with your neighbours, family members or front office (if applicable) to see if the package was left there
Reach out to your local post office and lodge a lost item report.
Contact our team and include your order number and lost item report reference number.
We kindly request that you report your lost or stolen shipment within 7 days of the marked delivery date after inquiring with your family, neighbours and post office. 
Once a shipment has been marked as ‘delivered,’ we are no longer responsible for the package, but we will help in any way we can. 
Please note; Jac's Accessories is not responsible for refunding or reshipping lost orders due to an incorrect address at checkout.
Damaged Goods
In the rare event your order is incomplete or damaged, please contact us at jacsaccessories2020@gmail.com so we can work with you to rectify the issue. Please keep all packaging and take photographs so we can assess your issue without delay.
Your satisfaction is very important to us and we will work with you quickly to resolve any problems with your order. Smart Device Accessories Australia will cover any costs of return and re-shipping for orders where there is an error by us.
